Conditioning will challenge the cardiovascular system through all planes of movement. Classes include higher tempo speed and agility work, and weighted movements with unique complexes and combinations, focusing on endurance and stamina. Recovery is intentionally included to allow for maximum effort during working intervals. Sessions may include competitions or team aspects ensuring fun while optimizing your fitness goals.
