Level 1.5 is designed for intermediate level of experience, sitting between beginner (Level 1) and advanced (Level 2). The exercises in this class will include more complex movements and techniques, but they won't be as challenging as Level 2. This class will refine your form, while gradually increasing the intensity and complexity of movements. This class is ideal for those who want to progress their practice and become more confident in using the Reformer apparatus. This level is perfect for individuals who are familiar with the reformer and are ready to challenge themselves further!
