Intermediate Contemporary, Modern & Lyrical (Ages 12+) Designed for dancers with a solid foundation, this expressive class blends the techniques and styles of contemporary, modern, and lyrical dance. Students will focus on fluid transitions, emotional expression, floorwork, and dynamic movement while building strength, control, and artistry. Choreography challenges dancers to interpret music with intention and develop their own unique style in a supportive, creative environment. General Dress Code: Jazz shoes preferred for Jazz. Athletic or Flat-bottomed sneakers are preferred for Hip Hop. MUST WEAR SOCKS with sneakers. Shorts or pants that are athletic or workout style. Fitted or slightly loose tees, tanks, or leotards. Hair pulled up out of face. NOPES: No dirty, torn, or overly baggy clothes. No pajamas. No hanging jewelry, stud earrings are ok. No excessive cleavage, midriff**, or booty shorts. Absolutely NO jeans*, flip flops, sandals or Crocs. Don’t wear your dance shoes outside! *Jeans are permitted in Country Swing, Line Dance, and ADULT Ballroom and Latin classes. **Midriff ok in Belly Dance & Cheer.
