REFORMER PILATES

The Pilates Reformer is a spring loaded, resistance training apparatus that allows for full range of motion with a smooth gliding carriage. This class is equal parts stretch and strength with a strong focus on Pilates fundamentals. It will take you through a wide variety of movements that will promote strength, flexibility, coordination and improve posture. All of this is taught through mind body connection that allows you to truly feel every movement. You will leave feeling a bit taller, more connected and energized!
