Get ready for a FULL 45 minutes of shakes & sweats! Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact, full-body workout that will strengthen, tighten, and tone your muscles quickly and safely. The Lagree Method focuses on slow, controlled tempo movements that are performed for at least a minute (time under tension) on the resistance-based Megaformer Machine.
