Beginners Pilates (Reformer)

Perfect for those new to Pilates or anyone looking to refine their form, this all-levels class focuses on the fundamentals. Each session begins with a 5-minute guided warm-up to awaken the body and prepare for movement. The instructor leads you through a full-body workout emphasizing toning, core strength, and flexibility, using basic props to support and enhance your practice. Class finishes with a relaxing cool-down, often including feet-in-straps or other gentle movements to restore and reset. Whether you're just getting started or building a solid foundation, this class is designed to help you move with confidence and control. A Few Friendly Reminders: Cancellation Policy All purchases are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your reservation, you will have 30 days from the original booking date to use your package provided you cancelled prior to 12 hours before class After 30 days, any unused sessions will expire. Late Arrival Policy To ensure a smooth and uninterrupted experience for all clients, please note that if you arrive more than 5 minutes after class has started, we will not be able to allow you into the session. Late arrivals are disruptive to the flow of class and to the experience of others. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Grip socks are required for all classes. If you don’t have a pair, we have some available for purchase. Extra guests and walk-ins are not permitted. All attendees must be pre-registered. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low attendance. Clients will be notified in advance and may reschedule or receive credit toward another class.
