This is a Power Vinyasa class, where we blend dynamic movement with breath to create a challenging and invigorating practice. This class is designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance as we flow through a series of postures, syncing movement with breath to created a moving meditation. Expect to sweat, connect with your inner power, and leave feeling empowered and energized. All levels welcome as modifications are offered. This class is done in a hot room, average temperature is 105 degrees.
